Instructions: Ensure wheel is cool. For general or frequent cleaning, Dilute 1:3. Use stronger on heavier soiling. Apply using a brush or spray bottle. Allow to dwell for up to 5 minuets. Do not allow to dry under any circumstances. Rinse thoroughly with water.
